One (1) unsecured promissory note between the debtor and Shred-A-Way of East Tennessee, Inc issued on November 10, 2015 in consideration of 500 shares of stock in and for Shred-A-Way. The debtors established an agreement with Shred-A-Way and two owners of the firm and began receiving payments from Shred-A-Way beginning 12/10/2015. The Payor is the debtor and the Payee, currently, is the Trustee on behalf of the creditors.
The original agreement between the debtors and the Firm was in the amount of $44,363.14. Since December 10, 2015 Shred-A-Way has paid 21 payments each in the amount of $520.36 including interest at 3% per annum. 1 As of March 2018, the balance remaining to be paid on the unsecured Note is $33,381. Payments have been made monthly on time per the Trustee.
The agreement requires 96 monthly payments in the amount of $520.36 each with interest at Three percent (3%) per annum. The agreement does not provide for shares of stock, only the payments.
In the event of default in the payment of any installments herein provided, the holder of the note may without notice or demand declare the entire principal then unpaid, together with accrued interest thereon, immediately due and payable
