Description: Estate’s interest in a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero. The vehicle has 106,000 miles and the battery is not functioning. The vehicle is in fair to poor condition. The vehicle is a 4-Door Sedan, has 4 cylinders and the color is Redfire Metallic, automatic drive, and is a 4 Door body type. The VIN# is: 1G3NF52E9YC328277  ENGINE IS SHOT – WILL NOT START

The car is drivable although sometimes will not start. It has been driven within the past month. It is in need of significant work including engine updates and repairs, cleaning, and maintenance work. The vehicle is missing (**example**) three hubcaps, the antennae, 1 windshield wiper and one door handle. The exterior color appears to have been Redfire Metallic but is faded and in need of touch-up paint.

Location Info: The Oldsmosbile is stored at a warehouse in Mesa, Arizona.

The winning bidder will be responsible for removing the vehicle from the property and any related costs to do so such as towing, etc.

Shipping Info: Vehicle pickup and related costs are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Please be advised that because this is a US Bankruptcy Court Ordered sale, and subject to Court approval, processing can take an average of 7-10 days.

In order to accept this agreement and collection support, the winning bidder must contact BKAssets directly once the original assignment is signed and notarized by the Trustee and the assignment is received by to the winning bidder.
