Location The items are available for local pickup in Mesa, AZ. The items are located in Phoenix, Arizona and may be shipped from that location: Zip Code 85201. See attached photos. The Trustee will not deliver the item and all costs for shipping are the responsibility of the buyer via UPS.

Notes: A closing cost fee of approximately $275, or higher, will apply. The closing cost fee will include shipping and listing fees. This is all we know about this item.
