Description: Estate’s interest in a 1995 Settlement Agreement with payments. The contract was first issued in May of 2013. The annuity is based on a contracted annuity payments to the claimant. That claimant is now the debtor in this bankruptcy filing.

The payments were originally paid to the debtor on an annual basis in the amount of $4,314.00 beginning on 2/28/12 for a period of 10 years.

In 2017, the annual payments were accelerated via an Advanced Funding Exchange whereby ASC purchased a portion of the annual payments from 2/28/18 to 2/28/21, which is the final payment.

A closing cost fee of $225 (payable to seller) will apply. Full payment must be received within (7) days of winning bid. Any bidder who does not complete the sale within 7 days from the close of auction will be considered in default. Seller has the right to proceed with the next highest bidder.
